I made a Klik & Play game file with 256 different levels, one for each of the 256 different colors available to choose from as a background. I went to a party downstairs for about an hour and it was full of Sophomore/Freshman college students and I felt old especially because I didn’t really know anyone. I went downstairs after I finished making these levels and I came back up to mess around more with Klik & Play and go to bed early for work.
Fuck it! This is it! It’s all or nothing, now or nothing! All the days of your life will be the best days! It’s time to take pleasure in pain. I’m gunna fuck shit up with these pixels and this Klik & Play shit. My people aren’t 12 Years of Slave no more; now it’s time for us niggas to be flyin’ like Hayao Miyazaki!
So, there is a game that I’m making that for the most part takes place in a school. I am making each environment specific to the type of subject taught in the class, doing storytelling through environmental visuals. I was trying to think what sort of things I remember being in my math classes, but I can’t really think of much, so I started going to Barclay School Supplies’s website and in general searching what would be in a math classroom and in most high schools it seems as though there aren’t really many “props”. I also keep spelling high school as “highschool”.
Mihoshi Kuramitsu (the one to the right) is going to be in an upcoming game of mine. I was talking to dreacrespo about Mihoshi and we both agreed that she would probably be the hottest in real life (I think it was in the context of Tenshi girls, but I like her more than most anime girls [originally she was the only Tenshi girl in my game, but I included others to make her fit in better]). I made this my cover photo for my facebook. I also tried to set my relationship status as with Mihoshi, but when it published the status it didn’t say Mihoshi’s name on it, nor did it have a picture of her. To do that, I would have to create a fake Mihoshi Kuramitsu profile… I bet facebook wouldn’t allow me to do that for whatever reason. Huh!
I Google searched my model friend’s name a while ago and got this picture. I wanted to send it to her and be like, look at this picture I found when I searched your name, but that would let her know that I was looking at pictures of her. In all honesty, I didn’t Google her to just stare at pictures of her, but because I honestly had never seen what her modeling photos looked liked even though I knew there were some shots of her topless. It was purely anthropological!!
Ajika’s Arm and Sword by everythingstaken
bienes said: ¿Qué le pasó al brazo derecho de Ajika?
He was fighting with an extended family member about some ideological differences and got his arm severed. Ajika’s saber was fashioned out of the prize beast that he first killed when he was little, it has a bit of nostalgic value for Ajika, but it is also a really good sword. After each battle (which for Ajika, a lot of battles) the sword gets stronger. His death grip after his arm was cut off was inseparable from his sword. Ajika took a break from battling for a while to focus on managing his army. If he were to ever fight said family member again he would carry his dead right arm with his left hand and hacks his foe to death.
Her hand is on the other side of her head because her hand is going through her hair. It’s nice that this sculpture is not colored any human flesh or hair color because the viewer can project whatever colors they want onto it. There is so little context, it transcends signs of race and time period.
Some punks went to a private garden and spray painted in green letters “PUNK” inside a pink bubble on this cement neo-classical female nude sculpture’s base. It looks a lot cooler now. This gesture is a reminder to the audience that punk rock is not dead, tho when someone thinks “punk rock is not dead” it probably means the spirit of punk has been dwindling.
